Perhaps the only required setting Media Player Classic and ffdshow audio decoder, to achieve this. Whether there are similar technologies, that DTS Neo and CMSS 3D, for expansion from 5.1 to 7.1?
How about upmix from 5.1 to 7.1 without an external receiver only means of computer (X-Fi and software)? How can I get 2 additional side channel (Side ch.) for 7.1 speakers when I listening 5.1 sound tracks ? In Media Player Classic (K-Lite Codecs Pack) when playing a movie from a multichannel track is activated ffdshow audio decoder. The problem is that, that both options are able to expansion only 2-channel (stereo) tracks to 7.1 acoustic (that lay out a unique sound for each speaker, and don't copy him), including the "Side ch.". This never "reset", but subjectively there worse expansion from stereo to 7.1.
